Quality Policy

S.I.M.A.S. , in the person of the General Manager, has defined the following key points of its Quality Policy. The primary objective of the company S.I.M.A.S. is to be at the service of its customers, its ability to provide integrated products and services, responding to their needs with timeliness, quality and reliability, in full compliance with sustainable development and for improving the quality of life. The company achieves these objectives through:

  • Innovation achieved through research and constant upgrade at all levels, with particular emphasis on technologies aimed at the conservation and environmental protection and product safety.
  • Involvement comprehensive and accountable for its human and technological resources, with specific attention to the professional growth of the entire organization.
  • Flexible organization, based on the participation of all employees and continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Dedication to Quality as an integral part of the work.

  • The management of Corporate Social Responsibility geared to meet the expectations related to ethical, legal. commercial of all stakeholder.

The management considers the quality is not limited to the product but extended to the support provided lo the customer and the company's image in the market. That is why the activities are aimed at achieving the following objectives:

  • In full compliance with the regulations, both contractual and mandatory, provide products that are more technologically advanced, secure and high reliability.
  • Maintain an active Quality Management System according to the standard UNI EN ISO 9000:2015 and API Q1-9th edition, documented in both paper and/or electronic form, in which the full support from management.
  • Compty with the requirements of design and development manufacturing, monitoring and measurement products and provide efficient and reliable performance results to ensure that the products conform to the requirements specified.
  • Company's mission is to invest profi tably. placing it at the center of the human factor and safety. justifying the confidence of its customers with complete and constant realization ol their expectations, measuring continuously satisfaction, dealing with the most qualified technology and skills on the market.
  • Management believes that all critical business functíons and all employees are convinced that the achievement of the objectives set by each of them, within their respective competencies and responsibilities and expect from them the maximum involvement and participation both in the application of the System of Quality Management and in its continuous improvement.
